I am so happy with the service here! I've been living in London for five months now and this is the fourth nail place I've tried - and I can confidently say I'll 100% be coming back. I've finally found my nail place! The last salon I went to completely ruined my nails. I explained exactly what I wanted and they just didn't listen at all. Today was the total opposite. The man who did my nails (I didn't catch his name) listened so carefully, was a total perfectionist, and checked every single nail in so much detail to make sure everything was perfect. I'm absolutely obsessed with the design - he completely rescued my nails. I genuinely can't wait to come back next time. On top of that, the staff are so friendly, and I even had a lovely peppermint tea. Such a lovely experience all around!

So happy with my new nails! I wanted something very special for my holidays and just came here because of its high rating and it wasn't a disappointment. They have replicated what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back for my routine manicure (which unfortunately won't allow me to use extensions).

Came here for the first time for acrylic set / nail art and pedicure. I was so unbelievably well looked after!! Excellent customer service, and I am so over the moon how my nails turned out. It was also the best pedicure I've ever received, with a wonderful calf and foot massage. I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you- I'll be back! X

My experience at Hannah Nails & Spa was absolutely exceptional. They managed to replicate the design for my nails perfectly! Very professional nail services and amazing nail techs. Amazing service and great staff. I had extensions with BIAB almost two weeks ago and due to my work I broke one. Came in today to ask if they could fix it and they did a beautiful job and didn't even charge me for the nail fix. I will be coming back here from now on!
