Hera deserves all the success. They are an incredible nail salon and a wonderful addition to the area (I've lived here 16 years) I've been getting my nails done for years and am admitably very particular (ie hard to please). But my first 3 experiences at Hera have been brilliant. Polite, speedy and really reasonably priced (imo). Perfect shaping. Nails grow out and last well. No chips or breakages. No dulling of polish. They executed IG 'inspo' nail art so well. Super impressed. They have a new regular customer.

Lovely, clean salon and staff are experts are intricate designs! I asked for a colourful set of acrylics for Glastonbury and I was not disappointed. ☺️ He asked me exactly what I wanted and added this beautiful flower design on my thumb. Great hand massage at the end also!

Came in as the shop is so well presented and was greeted by kind staff happy to accommodate to different requests. Have been so impressed each time and now would only get my nails done here when in London, very quick, efficient, clean and just a nice experience. Today I asked for a complex design and the nail tech was incredible she took so much effort to make it perfect and I'm so impressed by her work. Such reasonable prices too! Highly recommend BIAB nails here :)

Originally came to try them out during their soft launch opening offer. Thomas did an amazing job with intricate toadstool design on a shellac manicure and my nails ended up lasting for over 4 weeks until I went to go and get them redone today! No chipping, peeling or breakage, which is unheard of for my nails when I usually get gels. Went back today and again thankfully got Thomas for my hand-painted nail art, which looks incredible. A lady put a lot of care into my manicure beforehand too. The salon itself is very clean and nice, with friendly people and the price is pretty good value/competitive, especially for detailed nail art (£38 for take off, shellac manicure with design). I will add that, in contrast, a friend had a simple shellac manicure from a different tech with me during the opening offer and they were a bit rushed, messy and chipped very quickly - so it seems like you get more attention and care for more complex designs and I would definitely recommend Thomas from my personal experience ☺️
