It was my first time having my nails done by a technician. Any anxieties I had about this were quickly gone. Such a professional! Made me feel very comfortable and explained every step. Made sure to ask loads of questions about what I wanted and I am super happy with the outcome! I was worried a little about being judged for my horrendous pre-appointment nails but this was not the case and they definitely look more than lovely now!!

I've done my nails soooo many times with Rosie, she's my favorite nails tech so far. I've tried both press on nails and acrylic nails done by her, the design was beautiful and elegant. She's always try her best on giving me advice and customing the nails design based on my interest in colour/style or for the special occasion when I want to have my nails done ❤️
