I had such a wonderful experience here yesterday! I've always had the same boring haircut, but Joe wouldn't allow that. He took the time to help me decide how to "break the habit" and have a whole new style. Joe is so professional and friendly and full of great chat and profound quotes. I highly recommend him! Having just discovered The Loft , I went initialy to book for my hair but also then booked for a massage and also my nails. The guys there are amazing , Vicky was great guiding me through colour choices I loved my hair, Roxy for a massage is great, Laura was brilliant for my nails and Joe is a fountain of knowledge. What a great team, atmosphere was relaxed and friendly would highly recomend I would not go anywhere else. :)

Love my nails! Lush salon and Laura was super friendly and easy to chat to. 100% would recommend. I come from Newton Abbot where there are so many salons, but definitely worth the drive out to Heathfield to see Laura, and with the free parking it's a no brainer!
