Friendly staff on arrival, offered me a choice of drinks, which I thought was a nice touch. my nails are exactly how I wanted them very neat, however, the man was very rough digging his nail in my cuticle and filing my skin around my fingers. I didn't feel relaxed I felt on edge the whole time. I did mention to the woman at the end when i was paying said my fingers were hurting, her reply was there's no blood so I don't understand. 🥴 I paid £40 for a full set with some glitter and removal. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
