Been here twice now. First time I was worried because I asked for quite a complex design. Was absolutely no bother, they are very caring and gentle (I broke a nail) and they always exceed my expectations will never go anywhere else now. They even offered us a hot drink genuinely lovely people

Wonderful and friendly. I was able to get an appointment at the time needed. Easy to get on. Lovely chatty staff. Had them filed the next day as I'd asked for the long but I soon realised they were too long. No problem at all, no appointment straight in and filed to suit. Offered a drink and felt comfortable.

1st time coming here, the lady who done my nails done them so good, I come from London and I was on a 2 hour break from work, I needed refils quite badly so booked in to come here, the lady was so good, nails look on point, really good, the shape is exactly what I asked for, the colour too, I was asked half way through if I was happy with them, I'm very happy indeed, this is now my York regular nail shop
