My experience was excellent at this shop. I accompanied my daughter from Chicago for her business trip. I didn't have time to get my nails done before leaving home. My daughter found this shop on line that was near our hotel. After checking in, off to the shop we went. Our wait was minimal and the service was maximum. Ahn was very welcoming and was a great ambassador for Edinburgh by suggesting restaurants and sights to see. We both had builder gel applications and I had a chipped nail repaired. Ben took care of me and Ahn took care of my daughter. Our nails looked great and we both received compliments at a dinner we attended the next evening!
