Took my elderly mum for her birthday for us to have a manicure and pedicure. It was very professional and such lovely customer service. The pedicure chairs were so comfortable and the massage was a lovely touch. Our nails and feet looked great and there were so many colours to choose from. Mum felt thoroughly fussed over. Thank you. We have said we are going to make it a regular treat now.

I started going to Honey nails when I lived in Ware, I have since moved out of the town but will not go anywhere else! They are always available to fit you in and can do the most amazing designs. They have a great range of colours and have even mixed me custom colours before based on my inspo pictures. Great service couldn't recommend more.

Been going here at the Ware shop since they first opened late 2021 and have never had an issue, as a regular it's nice that they recognise me and even call me by my first name and no request is too much! There was even a visit where one of the nail techs couldn't do the design I wanted but instead of changing my design, one of the other techs took the challenge on which was amazing! I used to go to a different local nail salon for years beforehand and the other salon would barely ever remember me despite being a regular, rarely ever spoke except when having to discuss my nail design, and constantly made me change my design ideas as they said they were too difficult etc I just felt like a customer they couldn't wait to finish and there was very little hospitality. But at Honeys they are willing to go through everything with you and will always make you feel welcome!
