  Fitted me in the same day after I decided on a new style and about 7 inches off my hair. Even text me the appointment time. All the staff were lovely (not up themselves like some places can be) and were very welcoming. I've booked an appointment in advance for next time. Going back today for a wash and blow dry (which I booked last night at 6pm).
