After my last experience, I've noticed a clear and significant improvement in the service. One of the store managers has returned, and it truly made all the difference. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely looked after and pampered. The team was attentive, professional, and warm, making the whole experience feel special again. Fantastic place! Booked last minute and they had lots of availability :) even though the salon was packed and busy when I got there (probably because they are well known to do good job, hence popular in the area), I still felt well attended to. Danny did a fantastic job of saving my toenails (after some had been bruised from an incident and running). He also did an excellent job with my manicure biab, making it look fresh, clean and natural, which was highly overdue from travelling. Highly recommend!

I am insanely happy with these nails. Thank you to Vi who did a perfect job and she was so nice to talk to while getting them done. The atmosphere was really nice and everyone was so friendly too. They also offered a cold drink while i sat there, so appreciated on a sunny day. These are hands down the best nails i've ever had and at a good price. Will probably never go anywhere else after this

The lady who worked on my nails was very attentive and took her time to make sure every ring was perfect ! Everyone was so lovely and offered drinks complimentary; the Vietnamese coffee was incredible. Back for the third time and I just love the staff and their work. They're all so sweet and offer food / drinks. I'm always so happy to come back here - they never disappoint 🫶🏼

I had the best nail experience with Katie. 10/10 nail tech, so friendly and polite, makes the environment so comfortable and enjoyable! She was paying so much attention to what I would like my nails to look like and they came out exceptional. LOVE ! I would definitely recommend the service and the salon to all of my friends. Edit/Visit on 13/2/24: still the best nail salon ever - 1000% satisfied with their service. I always leave happy as they are so good at nail art. Thanks Belle for my valentines set, I feel very glam with my gold flakes x This is probably the best nail salon I've been to. The staff are wonderful, really talented with nail art and super sweet - they remember your name after only one visit and make the most delicious Vietnamese coffee. Thank you Sammy, Nick and Giang A little pricey, but it's 100% worth it.
