I always come here - the staff are incredibly good at what they do and I am always happy with the result. They're more than happy to listen to what design/style you need and change it up when you prefer something else. Highly recommend. I also always call ahead for an appointment as they do get busy - especially on weekends - and whenever I've made an appointment I get seen and done so quickly. Someone in another review mentioned nail artists switching customers sometimes, but the artists are all amazing and they may switch who is working on you so that whoever is best at that type of art/work is working with you. Love it here.

I've now been here 3 times and will definitely be returning. I had a bad experience elsewhere getting BIAB for the first time, where nails had chipped after 6 days, peeled off by 2 weeks and had cuts on my fingers that took a couple of weeks to heal. Hook Nails were kind enough to fit me in to sort my nails out and seemed very knowledgeable. The team are friendly and also gentle - I've never had cuts on my fingers getting nails done here, which shows more experience in my eyes. I've not walked away disappointed, so thank you!

I have watched this small business grow over the years and am pleased to have witnessed its support by the local community for the hard-working owners and their team. Hook Nails provides good customer service and their Shellac stays put much longer than the work done by the other nail bars I have been too (and the work done at those has been immensely variable). A reliably good local service for those wishing to add a little colour to their nails, whether that be au naturelle or, as in my case, leopard spots! So, whether you've seen some nail art you fancy giving a try or if you're struggling to cut your toenails, pop in and give them a try. I've tried a number of places and the gel nail polish I get here also ALWAYS lasts longer than other places 💅
