I am a regular customer here. The whole Team are honestly the sweetest people. They all treat you with so much respect and are so kind. Always help me pick what colour/design I want. In the 7 years I have been going I have always enjoyed every appointment. Definitely the best nail shop in Barnstaple. If u could give 10 stars I would.

Me and my daughter came to get our nails here this afternoon, it's only my second visit but my daughter comes here regularly, she recommended them to me. 💖 Stunning Nails & Wonderful Service! 💖 I absolutely love my new manicure! I am so happy with the entire experience. The color selection is gorgeous-it's so vibrant and rich, exactly what I wanted. The nails themselves are perfectly shaped and feel so neat. A huge shoutout to the incredible artistry! The design work is detailed, flawless, and truly beautiful. My nail technician is clearly very skilled. Besides the beautiful work, the technician was so friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and the whole session was enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend this place! I walked out with the most beautiful nails and I can't stop looking at them!

I have been coming to this salon since the day they opened, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff always make you feel genuinely welcome, and they put so much care into making sure you're completely happy with the shape and colour of your nails. They never rush, and they'll happily spend extra time perfecting intricate designs. Despite the language barrier, the team have worked incredibly hard to communicate clearly and comfortably with customers, and it really shows - you always feel understood and well looked after. If you're looking for amazing nails... This is the place to go! Quyen and her team are all amazing in here! I've been coming in for a few years and always get what I've asked for and sometimes even more, Quyen and the boys will always suggest other ways of making things look even better which usually we agree on and the nails turn out even better than I could imagine! My mum has also started coming here too now, we're always happy with the service, quality of the nails and how long they last and how friendly the team are! ❤️ x

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to say how much I love HP Nails. Every single time I go in, I feel relaxed, welcomed and really looked after. The whole team are so gentle, kind and hardworking, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. My nails always look beautiful and the prices are really fair too. What I appreciate most is how they always try to fit me in, even when I haven't managed to book. I never feel like a problem or rushed, they always make time for me and make me feel valued. That means a lot. It makes me sad to see unfair reviews, because my experience here has been nothing but positive. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. HP Nails deserve recognition for their hard work and atmosphere they create and the amazing work they do. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Quyen and the team at HP Nails for a couple of years now and am always very pleased with the results. The team are all lovely, friendly and make you feel welcome. They always check that you're happy whilst doing the nails and before you leave. They've always managed to fit me in without an appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant service.
