First time here and I was really impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail from the staff. The girl that worked on my nails did a phenomenal job, and I am really happy with the results. My nails look so tidy and crisp, honestly I can't stop looking at them. The staff members are kind and made me feel welcome at all times and made sure that they are happy to listen in case I wanted to change anything. I felt part of the process instead of having someone just mindlessly working my nails and not asking or requesting feedback throughout the process. We also talked about cats and Christmas, so I'll definitely will be coming back.

Well, where do I start? I've been getting my nails done for about a year now, started with acrylics which were not a good fit for me and we're poorly done by another salon. Switched to BIAB beginning of the year and went to another salon that wasn't a fit for me as well. Decided to book with Image to get my infills done and what a good decision it has been. Mia (and everyone) was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with what I got. Even offered to book another appointment for the next time which other salons have not done in the past ! All in all, amazing, will recommend this salon to anyone I know.
