Soooooo lucky to have found Iris Avenue! This is not your typical nail salon. It's a cocktail bar, a coffeehouse, and a salon where amazing artists work their magic with patience and care. Make a booking ahead of time and clear your afternoon for pampering

I absolutely loved my first visit to Iris Avenue. Firstly the atmosphere is so lush and cosy. The staff was super kind all through my time there. I had the loveliest lady do my pedicure and I felt very well taken care of. I also left with lots of advice, tip and tricks on how to better take care of my feet during the winter months. Overall the customer service, decor and feel of the nail bar stood out to me. I can definitely see this spot being the future hang out spot for me and my girls. Loved it!

So at my last visit I did not have the best experience as shared in my original review. And I must say that was unusual for Iris Avenue tbh. The manager, Amanda (I believe) really turned it round for me. She rang me and even though I missed her calls a few times, she kept calling back! When we finally spoke she truly was so lovely... she wanted to understand my experience and how things could have been done differently. She listened and took the time to understand that I like to build a relationship with my beautician and once I do, I am pretty loyal. She didn't assume I would want to come back... instead she framed it as a question like would you want to come back so we can try to do better ? Then she topped up my account so I wouldn't have to pay for the next service. Her actions to repair the experience is gold star customer service. - Messed up my brows then had the audacity to tell me they'll add the refund to my account so I can use it for my next appointment. I'm sorry what about shortening my brow and making me look like spock gave the impression that I'll be back ?? It's also the ridiculous "ah well" attitude of the front desk staff to top it all off. At least the beautician who messed up my brows had the grace to show she was sorry - the one star is for her.

Really glad to have found this salon, excellent service and the staff listen to what you want. I've been to another popular nail salon in London and the service was not as great and my nails wouldn't last very long, however the gel manicure has stood very well and after 3 weeks my nails still look nice.

Amazing work! The staff is kind, helpful and efficient! Neda did gel x with a French manicure perfectly, and Maddy made me an amazing smoothie! I recommend this salon 100%! Thank you!!

Really loved my experience at Iris Avenue today. I had my nails, brows and a spray tan done ahead of my wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. The whole team were so lovely, attentive and professional, and they made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I left feeling really confident and well looked after, I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Will defo be back!!

Such a gorgeous nail salon; I always go here if I'm in need of a treat as it feels like such a special experience! Carla did my gel manicure with nail art and she did a perfect job; exactly like the photo I showed her! She was also a joy to chat to. A 5 * experience all round!

I was lucky & was able to walk in to remove my acrylic nails & get a birthday gel manicure. The staff was lovely and the drink was delicious. I even got a birthday chocolate with a candle. Highly recommend 💅🎂🥳🎉

I've been training almost every day for an upcoming competition and started to develop quite a bit of back pain. Sam gave me an outstanding full body massage that really targeted the tight areas and released the built-up tension in my muscles. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I was able to completely switch off and relax, and by the end I genuinely felt like a new person. I can't recommend her highly enough.
