I've been a regular here for years and it's always such a great experience. The team are so kind and welcoming! It's a family run business & it's such a nice, relaxed atmosphere and we always have a laugh. My nails always turn out beautifully and they've never been healthier. You can tell they really care about the health of your nails, not just how they look. The colour range is amazing, especially the cat eye options, always spoilt for choice. The salon is lovely, relaxed & clean. And always a great experience. Thank you for always being such a great nail salon! I highly recommend, love, Sophie xxx

It was my first time getting my nails done here since moving to Hoole. I didn't have an appointment and despite being busy the lovely owner still found the time to do my nails and a pedicure. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and chatty. my nails look beautiful for my holiday! I will definitely be coming back again.

I came to the shop today and asked for gel toes. The shop was super busy but they did try their best to do my gel toes. I love it so much. The cat eyes colour on my toes is so perfect for my holiday. Already booked to get my nails done with biab extensions and cat eyes again. Love it so much. All the staffs are so nice and helpful. Will be my regular nail place ❤️

So glad I found J'adore. I hadn't made an appointment but they were able to fit me in. The advice I was given was fantastic, I really felt they cared for me and regularly checked in to see that I was happy with everything. There was lots of laughs too. I have full faith in the advice given, was also told that what I believed was builder gel from a previous place wasn't. I always go for plain nails but left with cat's eye effect, I love it! Needless to say I have now booked in for regular appointments and hope to get my nails in better shape. Thanks to everyone here, I'm so glad I found you.

This is my first time trying a new manicure salon in Chester and this actually blew my mind. The Staffs are so efficient, friendly and saved my nail to a beautiful shape and very unique c light pink jelly colour . I absolutely love this place and will definitely become my regular place. My acrylic extensions lasted over 4 weeks without a single chip, crack, or hint of discolouration - and I'm constantly using my hands. The design work is incredibly detailed and creative - true artistry, not just routine nail work. My gel pedicure? My feet have never felt so soft or looked so polished.
