  I have visited Jasmine Nails for nearly 5 years for acrylics nails and their service is exemplary and the nails last for ages. Highly recommended, and they take Covid guidelines seriously so that I feel safe when I am in the salon. Fabulous salon too.

  I went to have arcylic nails. The service is very good. The ambiance can be improve specially with an extract fan as the smell of the nails chemicals were too much as I started coughing after sometime. I will go there again as I found the service very professional. Highly recommended 😊

  Went today for my nails. I can't say I'm not completely happy because they do look alright. Been going here for years. Never had any issues or so I thought. Asked them if they could file my nails down slightly as they are so sharp and wouldn't be suitable For work , they said they couldn't as they were coffin shaped, although iv had coffin shape many times and never had them this sharp. Then when the guy was painting them he kept rubbing the side which was making a brushed effect in the gel to the side of the nails so again, asked politely if he could not rub them and that I was happy with them without. To which he replied 'maybe you should go somewhere you like them' I was so shocked, even the lady next to me having her nails done couldn't believe how rude it was. Then he continued to say 'how iv always got a problem' I didn't even answer because I was honestly shocked how rude it was an unnecessary. I could understand if I was rude but Im always polite and thank them as im grateful for their service but when your paying for a treatment you should be able to say if you aren't completely happy considering it's not exactly cheap. When Emily and the old staff worked there they was always so happy and respectful and it was never an issue if you wasn't happy about something. but it seems the new people have an issue with you having an opinion on your own nails. But they are right, I'm not happy with the attitude and comments today so I will go elsewhere. Such a shame as absolutely no need for it. Not expecting a nice response but I'm not the only one thinking it. I think it's because I asked them back last year to use a clean file as they use the same one multiple times on customers. Edit: I appreciate the owner replying to me and being so genuine and helpful. I won't ask for a refund etc as I did receive a service and although I felt like I did I'm happy to move on I am grateful it has been resolved and so I will change my review stars too. I will definitely be back and hopefully a fresh slate. 🩷 thankyou owner x
