Friendly and professional service. The pedicure area is spacious and comfortable. The nail area is light and with the large array of colours you're spoiled for choice. Then the beauty therapy room, so tranquil and calming. Emma, Jade and Abby are all chatty and welcoming and extremely good at their jobs. They take real pride in their work. I've had various treatments here and I highly recommend them.

I am on holiday and have just been to Jems on a recommendation from a beautician, so I did book it a couple of weeks ago. I am pleased with the result. This is only the 3rd time I have had 'gel' nails. Jade was very helpful too.
