"I had such a wonderful experience at this Jemz shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing - they even offered me champagne, which made it feel extra special. Been going to Precious for just over a year now. She's been amazing and I've never seen my nails be so healthy and long. She gets my nails right every time! I showed her a nail design I wanted done and she made it look even better. She just gets me man🥹 but honestly though! With Precious you can't go wrong. She's very professional and accommodating, and a really nice person to talk to. Her prices are very reasonable, considering how skilled her nail work is. You will notice a positive difference in your nails when you go to her consistently. Jemz Nailz is a relaxing atmosphere to be in! The salon is so stylish and the ladies who work there are nice. They definitely know how to have a good laugh, too🤭

This salon is E V E R Y T H I N G. Truly one of the best nail techs in the industry right now. The vibes in the salon are immaculate, everyone is very friendly and the music is perfect. Due to religious reasons I stopped getting my nails done but, I never went anywhere else except Jemz Nailz. I really do miss my monthly appointments here! Jemma will slay your nails all whilst giving you free therapy (that's actually good) and laughs throughout. She will always be up for trying new designs and colours and she will NEVER let you leave the salon with a bad set. My natural nails have also never suffered and have ALWAYS stayed healthy even when they were first removed. I feel so fortunate to have been a regular at Jemma's and am grateful for all the confidence she's given me🫶🏻

I have being going to Jemz nails booking with Precious Nails for over a year now. I can honestly say is the best nail salon in Birmingham. All the ladies are friendly there's always a nice welcoming hello when you come in from everybody, lovely ladies, nice music you get offered a hot drink, there's biscuits, sweets, lollipops. Just an overall nice vibe I really love going there. I have to big up my nail tech Precious she is amazing always have a nice time with her. She has a king Nurturing vibe, a fantastic sense of honour and an excellent listening. My nail journey is down to Precious really. I wasn't sure at first about anything I just wasn't that girl. But now I have the shape that suite my hands, designs that are classy and fire. Precious always consults with me throughout the process and will change it if I don't like. I will continue to go.

Used to visit Jemz nails many moons ago and always felt a warmth and welcome there. Jemma has built so an incredibly inviting environment and her joy and friendly nature filters through everybody. I had my nails rescued by Jodie, who was just a joy, so professional and has an amazing eye for detail, I felt pampered and myself again. Nicole brought the vibes and laughter too. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I honestly don't know why it's taken me this long to come back.. but life happens. Can't wait for my next set.
