Absolutely love this nail shop. Very welcoming . I have been coming here for 4 years . Yes the wait can be ridiculous I agree , however a busy shop means great work.. right ? .....they are obviously doing something right. They always offer a bottle of water and communicate and will advise what they believes best for your nails. Furthermore I have left work and arrived 15 mins before closing time and the have fit me in last min, I will always respect Jen nails for that . I am truly surprised by the negative comments .
