I've been getting my nails done by Jenny for two years now and I always look forward to my next appointment with her. She takes the time to get to know and understand her clients, and never rushes her work. My gels always last 3+ weeks and never chip thanks to Jenny's meticulous work. First time using Jenny. Experience was wonderful she's so friendly and welcoming. Premium service and luxury feel from first contact to follow up and aftercare contact post treatment. My hands were so dry and my nails so broken and short I really had given up all hope of having anything other than painful hands and nails to be ashamed of. I work with my hands so the huge improvement from the first visit has had an incredible positive outcome on my work and my wellbeing. The balm I bought at Jenny's expert recommendation has soothed and repaired my rough, hard skin and cuticles. The gels have been strong and reliable despite me being a regular swimmer (gels with other less knowledgeable and skilled nail technicians had always fallen off in a day or so) and my hands are no longer sore. Jenny said, treatments will improve as the condition of my hands and nails improve... I have every confidence in her skills and knowledge. I will recommend Jenny with utter confidence and I'm looking forward to my next relaxing wonderful appointment. Hygiene, salon environment, product knowledge, equipment, comfort 6 star standard. Price point is spot on and worth every penny.

This evening I visited Jenny for the first time, kinda feeling like I had the tail between my legs as I came in with hard-to-budge builder gel and over filed nails. I also had high expectations for perfect nails despite needing a bit of a reality check that these issues caused elsewhere will take time to work through. Despite the challenges I walked in with, Jenny did an amazing job and has done the best cuticle work I've ever had, plus my nails look incredibly natural which is just what I wanted. What makes Jenny different is that not only are you are getting high quality nails, she is gentle, conscientious, attentive, she listens....and the whole appointment is an experience. And I loved the pamper at the end, it was really lovely.
