All the staff were kind and polite and managed to do my nails without me having to book !!!! Went in and didn't have a clue what i wanted just knew i didn't want acrylic anymore and staff helped me pick the correct choice. Tony was great and took great care of my nails ❤️ Overall 10/10 experience!!

JK nails is a pleasant experience and very welcoming vibe, I have been a customer for over 4 years and have had my nail services done throughout x2 pregnancies. Very accommodating even when I have been in a rush or holding a newborn in 1 hand. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. I was able to get an appointment for biab at short notice this afternoon. Staff were very polite and kind. My nail tech was very attentive and took great care in shaping my nails. Result was not too thick but enough to add strength exactly as I wanted - thank you ! 🩷

I am a regular at JK nails and I always get the same old white tips. Sometimes I get a jam or a pattern on the Third finger on each hand just to stand out. I get there today I say to them I want white tips they tell me £45 which I've never paid 45 before. The lady starts putting my nails on and I noticed they're see-through nails and they're really skinny so I said to her these are not white tips she said They are so I said to the other guy. I'm sorry but these are not white tip one of the other ladies said no, they don't do one white tip. And I said yes you do because I get them done all the time the man said did you want them painting on? I said no I want white tips. These are too skinny. She then got the hump with me and then decided to File them off which she hurt me and burnt me then to put my fingers in the solution she gets up and walk away To start another ladies now then they're talking in their own language which made me feel un comfortable Because you never know if they're talking about youEven one of the customers like well, they don't do the white tip. I was like I beg your pardon. Yes I do cause I come here all the time so she walked off and then this other guy starts doing my nails He done them so beautifully made them nice and thin they were Beautiful, but it made me feel just a tad uncomfortable that she just walked off and left me sitting there when I go again yes I would but I'd always ask for the men not this woman Because she burnt me and made me feel super uncomfortable
