I came here with my 2 younger sisters to get my nails done for Christmas and all I can say is that we will definitely be back! The staff were lovely to us, very patient with my younger sister who couldn't make her mind up about what she wanted, and did our acrylics beautifully. I did not feel like they rushed our appointment or treated us any differently just because we were younger (which I have experienced at other places!), and I can confidently say these are my favourite nails that I have ever had done. Thank you so much and merry Christmas to all the staff :)

So impressed. I was in London visiting family and was desperate to get my nails done before I came but everywhere was fully booked. I came here on a whim as I was staying just down the road. The lady who did my nails was so fast and efficient. I was thinking no one can possibly do it this fast and do a good job but she was so meticulous. I showed her a photo of a design I wanted and she did an amazing job. They looked and felt amazing. Super neat. I had them on for 4 weeks before I cracked a single nail but that was my fault. I didn't have chance to get them removed until 6 weeks later but nothing lifted!!! That has never happened to me! Ever! They always usually lift. I Only experienced a couple of cracks from my nails being so long and I do quite hands on work. I wish I lived closer. Just had nails done today and took me 1.5 hours and they are really messy. Everyone should be going here! Thank you!

Had such a good experience here. First visit for BIAB and the girl - I think Nem - who did my nails was brilliant. This is probably the best BIAB manicure I have had in SW London.
