Today was my 2nd visit to this salon and both times I have been welcomed in without booking an appointment. Had my nails painted a coral colour today 😍 I am very pleased with the friendly, helpful and professional service of the staff - their attention to detail is brilliant! Also they are very gentle during the process, especially with the cuticle removal. I will definitely be returning, probably for gel polish next time as I feel I could trust this salon to do a proper gel removal without damaging my natural nails. I have had bad experiences with other salons gel removal in the past and my nails took at least 3 months to begin to recover. If I was going to try gel again it would definitely be with these guys after seeing how professional and what lovely people they are! 🙂 My Mum had her nails done as well and is also very pleased. Honestly the best nail experience I've ever had! I booked on the same morning and they were so helpful from the get-go. I wasn't even sure what I wanted, but they just told me to come in with some inspo and they'd take care of the rest - and they really did! The salon itself is so calming and aesthetic, the perfect place to relax. Both of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and just so lovely to chat to. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted, and they even made a few tweaks after to make sure everything was perfect. I've genuinely never been so happy with my nails - can't wait to come back! 💅✨
