  Really lovely place. Called and got an immediate appointment. Tammy did my nails and was very patient and lovely, took time and care and made my nails looks so elegant. They have a nice selection of colours too, a huge range of greens and a lot of colours that complement darker skin. Will go back for a pedicure and looks like you can get some drinks too so will try that next time! Quite hidden along at the end of a row of shops but is very cute inside. Lots of free parking around but it can be quite busy to find a space.

  I have not visited a nail salon for years due to a bad experince that ended up with a visit to A&E. I finally took the plunge to glam up for a special birthday. What a gem I found in Katielous! Tammy was my technician and she was so gentle with all of the prepeartion of my 1st time everr BAIB nails. I felt instantly at ease and she took time to get it right, unlike my previous experiences, from high street walk-ins where they rush through the process to get the next customer seated. I highly recommend you seek out this little gem, so much so that I booked to return for a pedicure as soon as I got back home. Thank Tammy - see you soon :))

  I was recently recommended this place by a friend and have now been here twice for gel nail removal and eyebrow threading. I was really impressed by the efficiency of the services. Ritika did an exceptional job with my eyebrows. She paid a lot of attention to detail and even explained to me how my eyebrows were naturally uneven and tried to create a similar shape for both of them. She was very gentle and it didn't hurt as much as it did with other places in the past. I'm so happy that I've finally found a good place to get my eyebrows done. Highly recommend!

  Was a pleasure to attend this salon yesterday. The staff was welcoming and friendly. As someone who is anxious going to new places, they made me feel at ease straight away. The nail tech had a lot of experience, and as I came in without knowing what to get, she asked my likes and dislikes and then gave me some ideas to choose from. Love my nails and so many compliments I have received since getting my nails done.

  I honestly can't say enough good things about this nail bar! From start to finish, my experience was amazing. The owner was incredibly accommodating while trying to fit me in with an last minute and on the day appointment - even surprised me with a little birthday treat which was such a thoughtful touch! Both ladies who looked after me (wish I had caught their names!) were so kind and created such a warm, lovely atmosphere. You can really tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work. And the nails... wow. Easily the best set I've ever had! I've had so many compliments and I'm genuinely in love with them. I even came back a couple of days later for a quick repair and they were just as helpful and accommodating. So happy to have found this gem - I honestly don't see myself going anywhere else. Everything here is a solid 10/10!

  I am giving this salon 5 star because the lady who did my brows was really friendly she also did my feet .. when I got home however I noticed a few odd hairs still their that I didnt see in the shop. She also checked i was happy with my brows I said yes. I always get my eye brows waxed . This was my first time here. My feet look so lush would definitely go back for a pedi or manicure.. in the near future . I saw a selection of drinks although I wasnt offered a drink it was the morning. their is a lovely selection to choose from. Im really pleased with the service I received today I would highly recommend.

  LOVE this place!! I first went with my daughter for manicures and the team were amazing!! Customer service is 100/10. The quality of my nails are amazing. I chose a regular, normal manicure and 8 days later, its only now started to chip - its lasted longer than some gel manis I've had done!!! I went back yesterday for the back cleanse and deep cleansig facial. My skin feels amazing and again, the team were 100/10!! The treatment was so relaxing and the therapist was so lovely and listened to me if i was uncomfortable. Found my new go to salon, small but packs mighty punch with high standards and quality at affordable rates!! I have a full body massage booked in next!
