  Great first visit to Katy's this afternoon. Lovely service, including a cup of tea and nice conversation. The nails are exactly as I had asked for and they were very accommodating of my 5 year old who I had to take with me last minute. Will be back for my infills in a few weeks!

  normally i love going to Katys nails but today the male nail tech seemed to be really irritated about doing my nails and pushed my hands and fingers to be in the correct position in an annoyed and forceful way, kept sighing at me when my hands werent in the correct place. And also I accidentally smudged the polish and let him know immediately afterwards in a friendly manner but he appeared quite angry and ignored what i had said and i left the salon with dried nail polish on my finger as he didnt wipe it away. Although I love how my nails turned out, the lack of care shown by this nail tech left me feeling upset and I wasnt happy about the way I was treated.
