I have been going to Kay to have my nails brows done for over 5 Years. Kay does a wonderful job every time, the quality of the work is out standing. All my friends comment on my nails and I always recommend her to them. She is always chatty and offers me refreshments to have whilst having my nails done. I also recommend her pedicures, they are very relaxing especially the massage function on the chair whilst having the pedicure. I would not go anywhere else to have my manicures and pedicures.

I visited Kay for the first time around 4 months ago where she fitted my first ever set of acrylic nails. She was very kind and understanding when it was clear that I had no idea what I was talking about or had booked. She has a good amount of chat and doesn't drown you in small talk. I have since returned monthly to have infills and my colour updated. Not once has there been any chipping or lifting on the acrylics nor the colour. As mentioned in previous comments, she does charge a little more than I have experienced in other salons and she does take a little longer than most. However, I am so impressed by her work. She takes the time to care and pay attention to detail. I would rather pay more and stay a bit longer than have chipping and lifting after a week, as I have had before. Kay is by far the best nail tech I've had and recommend her often. People regularly compliment my nails and I take great pride. So for all you considering a visit, I can't recommend enough!!

Had the luxury pedi with two different colors. Hadn't had a pedicure since April, it was needed. Entire experience was incredible. She's a complete sweetheart and caters to your comfort over all. I was offered a drink right when I walked in. Only reason I gave four was because her chairs are not equipped for plus size woman like myself. Which made some aspects uncomfortable but she did what she could to assure I was as comfortable as possible. Have already booked for another pedi in 6 wks, and have eyelash tinting for next week. Highly recommend!!
