I've never had my nails done before like this , but Kim did such an amazing job, she was so nice and welcoming, and she did a phenomenal job with my nails, I had gel nails with white tips done, and they lasted for 4 weeks. Very happy with them and can't wait to go back and get them done again, it's well organised and welcoming and honestly overall an amazing experience and an amazing service . Thank you Kim !

Attended Kim's spa today for the first time. The customer Service was amazing they were very helpful and informative and help me to make my final decision on colour and style. They were very accommodating extremely polite and friendly to other customers that I saw in the store. My nails turned out absolutely amazing you can tell it was done with love. Would definitely recommend!

2nd time coming in here. Love how they did my nails so much ♡ even though im new mrs Kim remembered me from last time and their space is very comfortable and accommodating 😊 will be coming back for sure! things to keep in mind: - Its a 3 member family run business so schedule/come over on weekdays when its not busy. My first time here i went with my mom on an easter holiday weekend as walk-ins, it was very busy and it cant be helped my nails feel like they were done in a rush. - bring cash. they also do bank transfer. - confirm how much the service cost, some services have outdated price on the menu. - they do rotation when doing your nails. Mrs and Mr Kim does the nail prep and in-fills and then their daughter will do the nail painting and the finishing touches. I feel like keeping these things in mind will really help how your first time experience will be if you decide to try their services ♡♡

I dont know what everyone experienced but I actually had a good time here. Although I had to wait a while I'm not really impatient and there was no rush so that didn't really bother me. The kind lady who removed my nails even told me that the person who did my nails DIDN'T EVEN DO IT PROPERLY!! Thanks to her honesty I am not getting my nails done there. Overall all these reviews are about time and all I have to say is you guys need to go get your nails done when your not rushing to go anywhere Have some patients, really Definitely getting my nails done here 😌
