Kim was amazing as always! She stayed open after her usual times just to fit me in. So friendly and chatty, my nails look beautiful, I always leave feeling so relaxed and happy. She listened to everything I wanted carefully and the outcome was flawless. Couldn't recommend more, the loveliest nail salon I've ever been to!

Kim is such a nice and lovely person. I wanted to have 'chrome effect' nails but I wasn't really happy with the execution. I messaged Kim to let her know - she called me asking to come back and she did my nails one more time. Although not what I was after, she was able to resolve it and made sure I was satisfied. I really appreciate her approach and I'm really grateful 🙏

Kim is the best nail technician I have found since moving from London. I like my nails done a certain way not long, not thick, and Kim never fails to do my nails just the way I like them. I would rather pay the money for an excellent set of nails than go somewhere that makes my nails look chunky and stuck on. Kim definitely talented at what she does, she is polite and friendly, I highly recommend her.

amazing experience! i went to kim's nails for the first time ever today and she was so accommodating! not to mention the fact my nails look amazing, she did them in record time and they're in perfect condition and i managed to book the appointment the day before. highly recommend if you're looking for someone to do your nails i will definitely be returning!
