I've been here for 5 years now and I am always happy with my nails. The staff are very friendly and patient, keep asking me if everything is okay during my appointment. They offer free drinks for all customers and I love Vietnamese coffee. I also have a Pedicure that is absolutely perfect to make my feet look amazing, they have back massage chairs and 5 different types of pedicures. I love the new steam treatment that they just added to the pedicure. Definitely highly recommend to everyone! Thank you for your amazing services!

Tom was lovely! Took very good care doing my French tips the way I like them! Only problem was I didn't book and had to wait 40 minutes in the middle of my appointment after getting tips on... Would definitely recommend booking ahead!

The nails were done very well and I really like the final result. The quality of the work is definitely high and the salon has great potential. However, I believe the salon should improve in terms of respect and customer service. Today, when I changed my mind about the nail colour, the lady who was doing my nails showed visible annoyance and made facial expressions that were unnecessary. This made me feel uncomfortable as a client. Changing your mind is a normal part of the service, and clients should feel relaxed and respected throughout the appointment. I hope the salon will take this as constructive feedback, because the nail work itself is truly very good.
