I visited Koko Nail Salon during my one-hour work break on Friday, 30th January, and even though the salon was extremely busy, the team welcomed me so kindly. I had limited time and requested to finish within an hour, and they managed it so professionally without making me feel rushed. I noticed several pre-booked clients arriving at the same time, yet the team handled everything calmly and efficiently. I'm good at observation, and it was genuinely impressive to see how well they worked together and managed customers as a team. I hadn't even planned a nail design, and they helped me decide on black nails, which turned out beautiful. The service, teamwork, and attitude were excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again. ONCE AGAIN THANKYOU FOR THE BLACK NAILS❤️

As always I had a wonderful experience during my nail appointment 31/10/25. The girls are always so friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. this place is amazing, I will always come here if I can. the whole team is super accommodating, and I can be a pretty annoying customer who always changes bookings last minute, and they've always been great. these nails were by nina, she went above and beyond for me! they look better than I could have hoped for. they do great designs and they're super quick. such a good place!

I have been coming here for around 5 year (granted on and off) and different management. I have to say I have always been very happy with the service and end product here. Always coming out with beautiful nails and showers of compliments. I would say the last few months have been a new leaf (in a way). My nails have been sloppy and unfinished, I mentioned it the first few times but then gave up as nothing changed. I have since changed salons. It's a real shame because I have such a deep history with this place. I leave 4 stars as I respect the staff and their hard work, just wanted to bring this to their attention.
