I have been going to KTL nails for years and I have never had a bad experience. The owner Khanh is lovely , along with her team. You are always made to fell welcome and will offer you a tea or coffee. If you have a particular design you want Khan will always do her upmost to do the design on your nails. Nothing is too much trouble for her or her team. There are so many colours to choose from and they always bringing out new colours. By far the best nail bar in Debden, Loughton. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Never had a bad experience here. The owner Khahn and the men are so friendly and are always happy to have a conversation. Whether I have a simple colour or a design, they always do their very best and I leave happy every time. I've been to other nail shops that have charged a lot for my nails only to have me going back to get them fixed but here my nails last a long time and it is affordable for me. I will definitely carry on going to KTL when I want to get my nails done.

I have been going to KTL nails , formerly Luong Nails for the past 23 years and i have never had a bad experience. The owner Khanh is lovely , along with her husband, daughter and team. You're welcomed , and she does the treatments / designs that you ask for, or she will copy a picture shown to her. Nothing is too much trouble. My grand daughter loves her nails done by Khanh too. By far the best nail bar in Debden, Loughton. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Local to were I live and did not need to book in advance, prices are reasonable, super friendly, and they remember what you want from you last visit and even remember that you allergic to gel polish, unlike other salons. And my nail always look really nice, and they take there time to ensure you get the right results and if you not happy with still they go out of there way to resolve it, to ensure you are happy. There are not that many salons that are that patient with in that sense.
