Been to Lee and Helen a few times now and I'll defo say that this is now my place to go ! The staff are so friendly and attentive to customers, they always offer out complementary drinks for customers and have a loyalty card scheme too ,however when it comes to the service they are so professional and take the time and effort to give you your desired result ! Despite seeing the reviews I gave this nail shop a try and I must say they must have taken on the feedback because my experience has been great! Have visited 3 times now for just colour and for gel sets including pedicures and am very happy with the service and quality. My gels are lasting very well even after a week and half. No issues. Undivided attention from when I walk through the door, my requirements are listened and adhered to and I will definitely be visiting again! Also fab location with parking at Tesco across the road. They have a loyalty card programme and even provide bottles of water and refreshments as a bonus. Lovely place!

I came a couple of weeks ago, I just walked by and walked in and they had availability. I had a gel manicure which lasted over 2 weeks. I had a good experience however, they really need to work on the atmosphere, the man who I assume to be the manager was listening to either the radio or audio book very loudly so it was not relaxing. If coming, I recommend to bring noise cancelling headphones.
