  I've been going to this salon for over 2 years now and I honestly can't recommend it enough. Nastja has been my manicure and pedicure specialist the entire time, and she is absolutely amazing. Her manicures are always beautiful - the designs she creates are completely on point and exactly what I ask for every single time. She really listens and somehow turns my ideas into something even better than I imagined. One thing that's especially important to me is hygiene. All the manicure and pedicure instruments are medical-grade sterilised, which is honestly so rare to find in the UK and makes such a difference. Knowing that everything is properly sanitised gives me complete peace of mind and shows how professional and serious they are about client safety. I've struggled with ingrown toenails my whole life, and Nastja is the only person who has ever properly managed the issue. Thanks to her skill and care, it's no longer something I constantly worry about. She is incredibly professional, exceptionally talented at what she does, and at the same time very friendly and funny - appointments with her are always a pleasure. I've recommended her specifically to almost everyone I know because she truly deserves it. I've also used the salon's other services in the past - hairdressing and massages with Nikolai and Elka - and both experiences were very good. The overall atmosphere of the salon is welcoming, professional, and consistently high quality.
