This is the first nail salon that I've been from a long time and I was scared to try a new one. But I came out very happy. I have small bed nails and the lady that did my nails didn't struggle and done them within an hour! I am very happy and I will be coming back. The costumer service was polite and kind.

I have been visiting Lilly's Nails since moving to the area, around 2 years ago for both acrylic full-set & BIAB. The team are great, prices are reasonable. The staff always show me the shape and colour before completing the set to ensure I am happy with my choice. I love that they offer both walk-in's and phone appointments which allows me to get my nails done during my lunch break without having to deal with waiting times.

I've been coming to Lily's Nails for approximately 3 to 4 years now. I have always had a great experience and the staff care about my well-being. They always give me feedback on what to do for my nails to grow. I also have a membership card which gets me £5 off after 5 treatments. For Christmas they gifted me cuticle oil in a gift bag! Huge thanks to Tam, Jen and Hang. :)

Perfect experience after going to many bad nail salons and reasonably priced for the quality. Normally getting my nails done is a stressful experience. However, Jenny put me at ease call and graciously dealt with me changing my mind halfway through. Absolutely lovely lady and experience..
