In 2018, I used to live in Forest Hill and this Nail Salon always took care of my nails since the first time I walked in. I moved to Tunbridge Wells and I still travel to get my nails done at Lily Angel. In the past 6 years, my nails grew stronger and became healthier thanks to their beauty experts' professionalism and attention to detail. Every time I visit Lily Angel's Salon I leave recharged and relaxed. I enjoy the peaceful and heartwarming atmosphere which contributes to giving a delightful experience that always feels like a Spa retreat in a luxury hotel. I enclosed some pictures of 3 different colours I had over the past 3 years. These are my real nails and I'm always very satisfied with the result which lasts up to 1 month and a half. I received many compliments for my manicure. Thank you for your outstanding service and loving approach!

I'm so surprised they don't have a better review score! My favourite nail shop by far, the ladies are absolutely lovely and so talented. They had a younger girl work there a couple of months ago but she has left now, I think she wasn't as good as them, so maybe why some bad reviews. Would highly recommend. ☺️

I think i must be the longest serving customer having been coming to this nail shop for over 15 years. The current owner is lovely and the staff are friendly and funny. I go there not only to get my pedicures and shellac nails done but to relax which is important in the whole grooming process. The staff always offer you a beverage and my children love them. I think the racism comment is not justified as a black woman i have never experienced anything but kindness.

I am astounded by the poor reviews especially regarding racism. First and foremost I am a black woman and have been attending this nail shop for over 10 years and never have I experienced any form of racism. I find the staff polite, friendly and professional fast and efficient. I tend to have elaborate designs which I find on the internet.. which is always done to a high standard. I am extremely fussy but have always been happy with the outcome. I always opt for shellac and my nails last uo to 3/4 weeks!. I have only ever had one bad experience which i made known at the time... regarding a nail technician I found extremely rude and I have never seen her since. I have been offered tea and coffee and even food... so as for only offering to white people is untrue!. I no longer live in the area but still choose to make the 40 minute journey...because in my opinion they are one of the best with the south east London.
