By far the best nail salon I've been to in Southend - all thanks to Mina my nail tech who was so polite and welcoming. She asked me what I wanted and helped me decide, and payed such close attention to detail the whole way through - a real perfectionist and fun to talk to :) the result was perfect!

Absolutely amazing!! Nail technician was so gentle and I have such sensitive nail beds. Last had nails done 15 years ago and had v bad experience so was put off. My friend recommended this place. Am super super happy and highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced too 💖

Lilly Nails are the best. Really fantastic customer service. They make you feel valued every time you visit. These are my natural nails with a gel manicure. Two people have asked me today if they are acrylics - that's how good they look! Great place to visit, awesome couple - I highly recommend giving them a shot! ☆☆☆☆☆

Me and my sister in law decided to try out Lily nails as it was the only place we could find who did toenail extensions as a service. We also got acrylics put on our hands too, we both got french manicure done on hands and feet and can honestly say the experience was great! The staff were polite and ensured that we was happy with our nails the whole time. We are extremly happy with the results and can't wait to come back again! Will deffo become our new nail bar!
