I always have a great experience at Lily's and have been coming here on and off for about a year now. Highly recommend! Lyn and Amy in particular are amazing and make the experience (as long as you can put up with their sass!), and Matty always does an excellent job. They aren't afraid to give their opinions and are usually right. My nails always look perfect for a minimum of 5 weeks, they do a great job with SNS powder. I'm pretty picky with what I want and they deliver. I get complimented all the time on my nails now!

Lily's is the best nail spot I have found in London. I have been going for 3 years and I am always happy with my nails. The staff alter the services to your needs, I have very sensitive skin and I am very particular on how I like my nails, the staff listens to what you want, check in mid process and give recommendations if needed. They always take good care of me and make sure I'm comfortable. Their banter is also unmatched!

I've been to this nail salon a few times for manicures and pedicures, and I'm really happy with the service! Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. There was one time I wasn't completely happy with my nails, but they reached out to me, understood my concerns, and offered to fix them. I really appreciated that-they genuinely care about their customers and want you to leave happy. Overall, great service and a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

the *best* seriously. i love getting my nails done here. so far i've had three gorgeous sets of acrylic extensions (pictured) - all of which have lasted five weeks, with good care. i recommend this place to all my local friends, and I will continue to get my nails done here for a long time. I've been a regular at Lily's nails for a number of years. Amy and the team are absolutely amazing, attentive and really care about their customers. I love that they have lots of choices of nail polishes, powder, biab, chrome, gems, stickers, glitter and much more! They will do what they can to reach your vision if they have the supply and I love trying out new styles all the time.
