Great service!!! It was my first time getting my nails done properly and they gave me some advice on how to take care of them as well as telling me what things were a high risk of breaking them. Went with a friend and they didn't treat him any differently (he had a previous bad experience with another shop) and is also very happy with his nails. All round a lovely experience and i will be going back when i want to get new nails. (Will be updating when i get new nails and remember)

I have been going to Lotus for almost a year continuously and would 100% recommend to anyone who wants beautiful nails, in fact I have had 2 friends go and they've been delighted too! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and will give good advice on what is possible and what isn't as well as nail care. They want you to leave happy with your nails and I always have been. They have a nice big shop which is clean and welcoming. I have had a hard time choosing what colour to pick as they have such a lot of options, literally every colour you can imagine. I have had some truly beautiful nail art too!

First set of acrylic nails, the gentleman doing my nails was lovely and so patient with all my questions. All 3 staff members were friendly and chatty. Accomidating when asked for shorter nail. Due to it being my first set one of the staff members gave great advice for care of the nails day to day. Love finished product colour is fab and nice shape, will return. 😊

Very pleased first time customer - will most definitely be back!! Got a shellac mani and pedi. The pamper that came along with the pedi was fantastic - I sat in a massage chair whilst my feet soaked in warm water in an electric foot bath. Not only did I have my feet moisturised, dry skin scraped off the heel of my foot and then feet exfoliated after and wrapped in a hot towel (so relaxing) - after he gave my calves / feet a hot stone massage which was such an unexpected treat!! The staff are extremely skilled, great selection of colours and overall a great experience. This is now my new nail salon!

First time having my nails done, ever so told them I'm unfamiliar with the process or what the different terms are. Showed some photo's & lengths (short) I liked & was advised on feasibility & price per mail for glitter & hand painting. Gentle process, friendly staff, clean environment & overwhelmingly large polish selection! 😍 Felt a bit rushed on choosing colours but am sure if you are used to the process or go earlier to browse that wouldn't be the case. But just look at the detail in the hand painted flowers & gold flake! Was super happy & as it was a treat from my partner he was happy at me having some pamper time. I don't know the salon etiquette but did find it strange I wasn't given aftercare advice (if there IS any) or when to return for infills. I'd be happy to return & recommend the Salon. Nice they tag you on insta. After 4 wks my nails have worn exceptionally well with despite not being precious about them.
