I have been coming to this nail bar for years. The staff are always so accommodating and friendly. I work in Coalville and I don't finish until 6pm so I don't get there until late in the evening. Even though they close at 7pm they have always stayed opened later for me. My nails always last for at least 3 weeks, if not longer! I've loved every set of nails I have had from there, 10/10 would recommend!

I have never had my nails done professionally at a salon and came to them for my first time. All the staff are very friendly and extremely gentle when doing nails and are amazing to have a conversation with. I showed them a photo of the design I wanted done and they did it better than I could have ever imagined. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and customer care that they displayed at my appointment. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here!

First time using the service and staff were very friendly. Got in straight away and was done within 45 minutes which is the quickest I've ever had my nails done to such a good quality. The staff kept making sure I liked my nails and I came out very happy with my nails. Will definitely be using them again as my new nail salon to go too.

Highly recommend this salon! I come here every 3 weeks for acrylics and never leave disappointed. They listen to everything you have to say about length, shape and design and get it spot on every time. You can book an appointment via the web link, but they also take walk ins. I am always very pleased with my nails from here and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Loughborough Nails!!

Had my Christmas nails done last night. The staff were lovely and the design looked beautiful for a few hours but both charms have come off in less than a day. Really disappointed as I paid extra for them and these nails were meant to be for Christmas day next week. UPDATE: I went back and the salon re-affixed two new charms for free. So far they seem to be staying on and sturdier than the originals. So I'm very pleased and would come back again 😊
