The nail tech is lovely, they were very friendly. In terms on nails they were good and when i changed the exact colours and he adapted well to them, the prep care for the nails before could have been better as he only used a file and not a cuticle cutter, and the finer details of my nails could have been a bit more exact, like the nail shape was slightly off, and the swirls being the wrong way round. I also got my toes done and had a spa, it was very relaxing and there were no issues about the white gel polish. The prices are reasonable for the detail that you get. My nails were £60 and the spa treatment and gel polish toes costs the same as advertised.
