Today I went to this salon for a Signature Pedicure with Shellac and a Custom BIAB design, and I am honestly very happy with my experience. Before visiting, I messaged the salon on WhatsApp with some concerns, and they replied kindly and promptly on the same day, which already made me feel comfortable and listened to. My nails are very fragile, broken, and often painful. I've had two previous bad experiences elsewhere where technicians made me bleed and caused a lot of discomfort, so I was quite anxious. However, the lady who did my nails today was extremely gentle, patient, and kind. She paid great attention to my nail condition, worked very carefully, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The result is beautiful, natural, and perfectly done, and most importantly, I felt no pain. This was the first time in a long while that I truly felt safe and relaxed during a nail appointment. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this salon, especially if you have sensitive or damaged nails and are looking for a professional, caring service. When i walked in everyone greeted me which was super lovely. The receptionist is really sweet and understanding. Super happy with the outcome of my nails. My nail artist was considerate and kind. Asking me every so often if i liked the shape, colours and design. Will definitely be coming back!

8/09/25 Edited to include that I have returned and had amazing service AGAIN!! Kind staff, answered the phone promptly, and I was extremely impressed with the lengths at which they were cleaning towards closing time. I've never seen another nail shop clean every gel lamp at the end of the day, or wipe individual bottles & shelves. The salon is sparkling and you can see why!. Really impressed this evening and thanks for some great nails yet again. 11/08/25 Amazing!! Kind, polite staff. Everyone asks if you're OK, they kept checking on the nails and if you're happy with them. My nails have turned out better than the inspiration photo I showed! SO impressed. Only nail shop in Cheltenham I've ever left where I haven't had to reshape at home or pick off some excess gel. Amazing job, thank you - and I really recommend 🌟

Staff were so friendly and paid attention to every detail. They listened carefully to what I wanted, which was quite a tricky design to do, and they made it look exactly like the photo. Really lovely quality nails that I'm really pleased with! My grandma also had her nails done with me and they took great care with her too. Thank you!

Always an amazing service, the team are so helpful snd friendly and will adjust anything so you're happy. Huge range of colours and services. My nails last up to 3 weeks and I only need to get them done because they've grown out. The shape stays perfect and I don't have any lifting/chipping.
