I've been coming to Luxury Nails 101 for the last 4-5 months, and starting my builder gel (BIAB) journey here has been absolutely fantastic. My natural nails have grown longer and stronger than ever before! The staff are amazing-so caring, gentle, and especially attentive to sensitive nails. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I came on the recommendation of my friend-we got our nails done together. I usually go to a different salon closer to home, and although I paid a bit more here than I normally would, it was absolutely worth it. Every step of the process was handled with genuine care and expertise. Normally when I get acrylics, my fingers burn under the UV lamp and my natural nails end up paper thin from over-filing. But not here. The technician was so gentle-she only lightly prepped the surface to remove the shine (just enough for good adhesion) and properly re-dehydrated the nail bed. My cuticles were cleaned up beautifully, and the acrylics were built with perfect apexes. You can really tell she knows her craft-this is proper, high-quality work you wouldn't expect to find on the high street. The customer service blew me away. They offered us drinks (Fanta, Coke, water-loads of options) and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She actually made an effort to chat and make me feel at ease, which I really appreciated. It wasn't just about getting my nails done-it felt like I was genuinely being looked after. I also love that they have a reward card system where you can collect stamps and get £5 off once it's filled. Just such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be coming back for my infills-even if it means trekking back from Tottenham! They honestly deserve every good review they get. Highly, highly recommend. 💅🏽💖

10/10 Nails. Booked Kelly for my nails and let me tell you she did not disappoint! Lovely shop and service, i gave her a design and it was exactly the same even to the smallest of details. Have visited many times after my previous nail set from a different shop was ruined and since then i have so much trust in Luxury Nails 101, they are so friendly, always ask if everything is okay mid treatment. Loads of colours to choose from. Would 100% recommend. Summer nails on point!
