  Always had great experience, great customer service. Always extremely busy because they are amazing and clearly everyone else in abbots Langley thinks so too. You don't get that awkward atmosphere that you get in most nail shops it's so friendly and welcoming. Winnie is amazing, when I message and book appointments she is always so accommodating. Think I have only ever waited for about 10mins to be seen too but I do always book. Winnie is also great at recommending products too. They done a lovely little touch at Christmas with a 10% discount on the next set.

  I always get BIAB. It's better for my natural nails. I asked Jason for ombre nails. He did this with eyeshadow. In case you're worried, this does last. I get my nails done every 3 weeks. I told him I wanted floral designs & to do it the way he thinks it would look nice. & this is it! I've had so many compliments on my nails! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They work so hard & such long hours. They're all so lovely & accommodating. Jason, thank you again! Xx

  I went in today as a walk in and was seen straight away, I have been to a few nail salons and I highly recommend this one. I now have a beautiful set of infills as well as 2 nails repaired. Absolutely lovely people and will definitely be going back
