  First time using this nail salon as I'm extremely fussy with my nails and my old salon I used just started using different and cheaper products. So I seen this salon and thought I'll Give them a try and I'm glad I did! Best nails I've had done in a very long time, nothing is to much effort, there polite and friendly and may I add the salon itself is absolutely stunning! Will 100% be using these from now on!   Always 5 star service! My nails are always perfect (and I am a perfectionist). Also I can enjoy some coffee from their coffee machine while I'm here! It's a no brainer for me. 17 years in southbourne with a wealth of experience. This is a family business so you know you are genuinely cared for ❤️ I have updated this with another more recent picture to show you another type of French they have done for me 😍

  My service here was absolutely fantastic and very kind people. They greeted me with a smile and offered me a drink. I only did my toes this time, but I wish I had done my fingernails here too because the next shop did a bad job and the service there felt discriminative. I want to thank this shop for the good service and for giving me the nail design I have been trying to get for a long time. My nails have never looked this good and I will recommend this place 1000%. The prices are very affordable. It is worth your money and more. The bank transfer option also helps customers who forget to take out cash instead of sending you searching for an ATM in the rain like other shops.

  My daughter had a pedicure and gel polish. We took a chance based on the good reviews as we are only here for the weekend! The massage chairs are great (I got to try one too). The pedicure was lovely and the nails look perfect! If we are in the area again we will book again. Wish I had time to get my own done but just a treat for my daughter today!

  I have been having my nails done by Ben and Lily for nearly 20 years now, and would go nowhere else!! They are always friendly, give me advice on what colours to go for, and are quick and efficient. Well priced, great service all round. Ben does a mean pedicure as well and their massage chairs are fab!
