I absolutely loved my first manicure at Marcela's. Victoria was fantastic, so attentive and worked wonders as my hands and nails were looking rather rough following our renovations! The whole team are friendly and professional and it is a lovely environment, so relaxing.

I loved the service-super friendly and kind. They explained the procedure thoroughly, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and disinfection. The team was incredibly polite and offered me Colombian coffee with cookies. The work was highly professional. They helped me a lot with my nail, despite it being a very complex case with an ingrown toenail. Marcela personally treated me. She performed the procedure exceptionally well, making it much less painful. It's clear that she has a lot of experience. At the end, they even accompanied me to the train station, as it was my first time in London, to make sure I didn't go alone. It's honestly one of the best services I've experienced in the UK and one of the best I've had abroad. The atmosphere, the people, and the professionals were all outstanding. I would absolutely return and highly recommend them. 🫶🏻🩷

2 weeks ago, I had a brilliant pedicure by one of the senior manicurists, Josefa. She was kind, attentive, and patient. I struggle with ingrown toenails and was in a bit of pain. I explained my situation to her, and she was willing and more than well-equipped to assist. She took her time with me and did not rush despite having a client after me; she wanted to finish the job well and stayed with me until she ensured I was satisfied and that I was no longer in discomfort. I highly recommend Josefa to anyone who is looking for a seasoned manicurist/pedicurist who is knowledgeable, professional, and delivers exceptional quality and service. Thank you, Josefa.

Impeccable results! I can't find another salon or service in the world that equals the same feeling of lightness, cleanliness, thoroughness I get from the mani pedi at Marcela's. (A pedicure in Mustique at Cotton House came close but that's for another review) The price is worth the treatment as it lasts. I went on safari with my shellac and it lasted the whole 2 weeks. The facial with Anila is phenomenal. I think she isn't there all the time which is a shame because it's hard to get an appointment with her but wow my face looked plumped and moisturised for weeks. The Environ products that she recommended have been exquisite, although pricey they are worth it. Invest in the best! Booking in now for When I am next in London 💌

Probably the most thoroughly made shellac nails I have had. Lovely place and great customer service. The sweet lady making my nails took extra time to ensure everything was perfect. One pays a bit more compared to other places but the result also lasts longer. I can definitely recommend Marcela's.

I was initially concerned after having paid £60 for a shellac manicure (including removal) only to find a number of bubbles appearing under the Polish on four nails the same evening. However, by the following evening they had gone and my manicure looks flawless again. I've not experienced that before, so posting this incase someone has the same thing. Overall a great manicure and excellent service.
