  I had my first appointment this evening. May's sister (I didn't get her name) was absolutely lovely and so talented!! This is also the first time I have had BIAB before and she explained each step and made sure I got the exact colour I wanted (Light Burgundy). Will definitely be returning. Very fair prices!
