First time using this nail salon, clean and bright salon.Friendly staff I visited the Lowry and fancied treating myself to getting my nails done, I love a good gel, simple but elegant nails. The guy who got me in was lovely and did them very well. I got some gems as well, I would say to reduce the price for the type of nails I got, then it would be perfect, this. Was done on my nails priced at £30 is a little on the expensive side. I would probably also say to add a clear top once the gems are put down, to finish it off as I feel it will last longer which the lady does at my other salon where I go, also clean around cuticles as there was some polish around my fingers and lastly finish off with some cuticle oil, just some basics to really finish off a appointment.

I had a great experience and would return again. I would only improve upon conversation and communication mainly about payment in cash only and how much it would be upfront to avoid issues. Some brushes were not cleaned before used on me, lots of dust on surfaces. Overall the nails I got and service was great, having more small talk would be nice but isn't required. The light doesn't do my nails justice as they are truly holographic.
