Michelle is absolutely phenomenal in every way; her customer service is second to none. We visited today to get my daughter's hair braided. We booked mermaid braids, but my daughter ended up asking for something a little different when we got there. Michelle couldn't have been more accommodating, she put her all into my daughter's request, and took her time to get everything right, despite us only technically having a 40-minute appointment. She went above and beyond. She was lovely to speak to (from both mine and my daughter's perspective), so laid back and friendly, from start to finish. My daughter and I felt so welcomed, and actually, we really would have stayed forever if we could! What an absolutely amazing, caring, and magical environment you have created. This was our first visit, and it most certainly will not be our last. Simply OUTSTANDING. Thank you so much. We look forward to seeing you again soon 💕

Fab wee girly trip for my 2 girls! We arrived at Mini boutique where my girls were booked in for the mermaid package. We were warmly greeted by Alisa who immediately welcomed them in to the salon & took their coats, before chatting to them about what they were there to have done 🩷 Alisa and Ava done their gel nails & foot spas, and then Alisa and Morgan done their mermaid pony tails and make up perfect! Alisa and the other girls treated them like wee mini adults & chatted to them throughout their treatments, both girls loved this. Both girls had their nails, toes, hair & make up done & walked about the shopping centre the rest of the day feeling like princesses 👸🏻 👸🏼X

I would highly recommend.Took my niece today for her 5th birthday and she had the best time ever. The staff were amazing. They really do everything they can to make the wee ones day special. I didn't think my niece had enough hair for the ponytail extension but they done it and made a wee girl super happy x

Fantastic place to take your kids! The staff are amazing with them and very patient. The options are endless and a great way for them relax. In 2023 businesses need to be more like this one and become aware of how to adapt to children with additional needs. To make them included in something so simple, means so much to the children themselves, but also to their families! There are not many companies out there that do this. But Miami Minis does this very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my niece as a gift for her 6th birthday and she absolutely loved every second!! She had her hands painted and a foot spa and she was treated like a little princess throughout both her treatments! The staff were very professional and great with her too as she is a shy girl, by the end of her treatments she was chatting away, totally came out her shell! I would recommend this place to anyone with a mini, it is any little girls dream! Disney music on always too lol! An amazing wee place x
