Service and final product is excellent. I have received so many compliments on my nails. They are very accommodating with their appointments and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is spotless and all stations are cleaned during and after each client.

I haven't left a bad review because I had a lovely time at Millie's but I'm not entirely happy with the results. I had an acrylic extension with nail art appointment. Had my technician told me that he didn't feel able to do the nail art, I would have been very happy to choose something simpler - I even asked a couple of times if that would be better as he did seem slightly uncomfortable while attempting it. I left relatively happy, as it seemed good enough but in the past 3/4 days the wear and tear is considerable. I think due to air bubbles in the gel upon application. Also the acrylics themselves are mostly fine but I did have to file the sides of a few of them as they were digging painfully into my cuticle. Again, I have not left a bad review as I did have a pleasant experience and found everyone who works at Millie's very lovely.

It's a very clean nail salon. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. I never wait for too long to be seen. And if they always do thier best recreate any design or nail look you want. I have been getting my nails done here since November 2021.
