  I had gel varnish put on my nails today by a lovely young man called Duy. Many reviews on here comment on staff rudeness however Duy was polite and friendly. A smile goes a long way and Duy smiled a lot.

  I've been to this nail salon 6 times and always left with the prettiest nails and if I find a little thing wrong I automatically hate them but they are always amazing and has never cut me like some places I've been too. I wouldn't say they are extremely rude at all but i have noticed a few things which it annoys me as it's so unprofessional . . . - when I'm getting my nails done I find it so unacceptable to use their phones while they sit and wait for your nails to Dry. - stand around being loud and eating infront of customers. - my nails have been rushed once which ain't nice because I actually enjoy getting them done and relaxing. But all in all they are always so clear on what works best to suit your needs or wishes.
